"Outside the Roaring Fork Valley beautiful acreage and picturesque red sandstone mountains await, creating the ideal backdrop for a wedding. Cathy and John's estate allowed our Gold Leaf Event design team's imaginations to run wild. Previously married, Cathy and John planned for a relaxed and fun weekend with their children. Guests were welcomed to Colorado with custom Woody Creek Vodka Moscow Mule kits highlighting the potatoes locally grown on the couple's ranch Mountain Primal Meat Co.

Throughout the weekend, Bare Root Flora did an excellent job of incorporating the natural landscape with pops of color and wildflowers creating an elegant and comfortable celebration, while maintaining a high level of sophistication. Basalt's members only country club, The Roaring Fork Club, offered exquisite catering including a homegrown pig roast, Eclectic Hive presented an entertaining teepee and airstream trailer for the children to play in, and adults enjoyed the handcrafted beer bar. The reception hit a high note when country superstar, Wynonna Judd took the stage to perform an intimate show. From that point on guests never left the dance floor, unless it was to enjoy a slice of chocolate wedding cake. It was truly an affair to remember!"
